Bird No 05: Bright and Early

Bright-eyed and ready for whatever the day brings. This colorful little textile bird is pieced together from layered patterned fabrics, with free-motion stitching and hand-embroidered legs adding to her quirky charm. She looks like the early bird, but only if breakfast is involved.
